Something went wrong on a mechanical device on top of the building that faces my balcony. I don't know what it is exactly (some fan. . . ) but the noise it produces is pretty theatrical. An electric garage door opener is activated and slowly closes, with some mechanical shuddering just before it finishes. Single-car garage, bare stud walls, everything's old and a bit tired. I recorded my dishwasher with my phone and used made it into a shaker-ish loop by speeding it up and using an expander. Its kinda weird but with the right processing it can give a really nice texture and rhythm to your tracks. Tempo is 125 bpm. Have fun.
